Many thanks for the C/B notes, £20 millennium and Burns £5 '1' - delivered to my door in Shetland, 60 degrees north, in 24 hours. Perhaps this is a ridiculous question: are you in the unenviable position of being able to email customers who would like to learn when you again have certain notes in stock - like the C/B £5 Robbie Burns no. 3 ("By oppressions...") ? There are obviously others I could mention. Thank you again, I'm impressed.

Now that it is here and I have had a little more time to look at it, I am thrilled with the fine book you have done. Great color, and a quantum leap from what went before, and if this does not promote the field and the hobby, nothing will. Note arrived today.
This is the first time I have seen a 1st issue Bradbury note in the "flesh".
How fragile it seems, and to have lasted so long in such pristine condition.
An uncirculated note like this cannot be common.
This was the first uncirculated note I have seen since I started collecting British notes.
A similar uncirculated Australian Emergency note issue (known as a Rainbow Pound) would be valued at over 150,000 pound.

I apologize if I came across as being too grumpy in my reply message to you. That was not my intention; I simply was disappointed that I could not purchase the note I wanted. Please consider my comments to be honest and well-intentioned "customer feedback".
It is frustrating, as a collector/buyer, to learn that one cannot have what one thought one could...even as I completed your online order form I already could visualize "my" two new notes in my Linder binders.
You are wise to take back responsibility for the accuracy of your website--your reputation as a reliable dealer is closely tied to your ability to satisfy, not disappoint your customers. You are even wiser to grade your notes with the utmost of accuracy. NOTHING is more important than this aspect of your business.
I do appreciate your dedication to our wonderful hobby. I have purchased two large lots of IBNS Journal back issues so that I could increase my knowledge and I have noted your name featured prominently in many of the issues. I know that you are and have been someone who has worked hard on behalf of banknote collectors.
For my part, I enjoy all aspects of banknote collecting including scholarship. I presently own sixteen country specific catalogs (Collectors' Banknotes 2008 is one), including three dedicated to Scottish notes (two by James Douglas and one by R Dennett), and thirteen other books about notaphilly. It is my goal to work hard to become a serious collector; please consider me as such.
I appreciate your courtesy in sending the #10 note post free, and I will continue to visit your site to make purchases because I do believe that you act with the best of intentions. I received one of the banknotes, Provincial Bank, last Tues., Sept. 1st. This is a beautiful note, Number 9. I would have written sooner, but I have been sick for a couple days. I am looking forward to receiving the second note and the three Books.
The weather has been beautiful for the last week; the best this summer. Next weekend, is Labor Day Weekend in the States. This weekend is usually taken to indicate the end of the summer season.
