Terms of Business

All banknotes are sent on 7 days approval with a Money Back Guarantee. All notes (goods) remain the property of Pam West British Notes until paid for in full.

Minimum Order £10

I reserve the right to refuse orders placed for less than £10

Layaway

If you see more banknotes than you can afford we are happy to hold any banknotes for you whilst you pay off. This can be monthly, weekly, etc, to suit your budget. A deposit on a banknote will ensure the item is held for you until final payment is made. We understand, as collectors ourselves, there are always banknotes just out of reach. Our layaway facility helps you, the collector, obtain these scarce items for your collection.

Payment

We accept :- Cheques, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, BACs payments (details appear when at check out), Cash, Pay Pal (Press Personal to avoid charges), Postal Orders, US dollar cheques, Euro cheques:- made payable to Pam West

Any charges / deductions are payable by the client

Delivery

Please allow Seven days to turn an order around, particularly Albums. Most sent quicker

Post sent out most days, no posting on Fridays / Weekends

For security reasons, all Post is sent from West Promotions

Postage

The website computer calculates postage for banknotes orders. Being a computer it won't calculate for all eventualities. Accessories, Note and Book postage rates can be negotiated if the computer comes up with an unrealistic figure.

Combined Postage on orders of Notes & Accesories the computer may struggle to cope so call for correct postage.

* Special Delivery £5 (cost to us £5.50+) 95% sent out this method (Insured up to £500)

(Additional Insurance up to £1000 or £2500)

Orders over £250 post free in UK

Overseas Customers

* Air Mail £2

* Signed For £6 (cost to us £8.90+) 95% sent out this method

(Insured up to £500 or £250)

* Sea Mail £? Price on request Mainly for books 50 days to Australia
